Because of me not getting an appointment in my regular nail salon I risked it and went back here…read more(read my previous review, girl cut me in my cuticles and it was overall a not so good experience).
Booooy did I regret that. I called in to schedule an appointment and to make sure that I will be home in time for work. I'm a freelancer and the woman on the phone guaranteed that this shall not be any problem. She never warned me that my appointment may be delayed or that I shouldn't plan on being back in time for work.
When I arrived there were tons of people waiting and all three pedicure stations were busy and it looked like it will take a while for one customer to be finished.
When I expressed my concern and reminded them that I have an appointment they immediately turned into bitch mode. How dare I am to criticize them.
When it was finally my turn the woman started without greeting me (turned out later that her German is flawless). She kept on burning my foot with the UV lamps side light. She grabbed my ankle in such a mean way that I got angrier and angrier inside. My friend who stood next to me couldn't believe her eyes (big mistake to bring a friend, it's their opportunity to blame their mistakes on the fact that you talked and wiggled with your feet so perfection wasn't possible... yeah right!! Didn't know that I talk with my feet...)
When it cut real close and I was worried of being late for work, I expressed my concern in a kind manner despite my annoyance. Again they responded with an arrogant and annoyed attitude. When she was finished she pushed my feet towards me and said: You can leave now!
I couldn't believe how I was treated and told her that this was by far the worst pedicure experience I've ever had.
I paid and rushed home. On my way I realized I didn't get any lotion on my feet and that I had powder all over my toes and feet.
I took pictures at home and sent them to the owner who immediately responded and asked me to give him time to check with his employees.
After checking with his employees he offered me a free pedicure to fix my completely destroyed nails and skin. I think an amateur would've done better..
I told him that I will never return to his store again and that his employees treated my friend and me very rudely. I'd prefer my money back.
His response: no money back. My employees told me that you left before they could finish their job.
Enough said!
Will never ever return and I feel bad that the owner who is an educated and smart man is such a sucker..he believes everything his employees tell him and told me indirectly that I am a liar.
