I met Brian Breiter during a FaceTime call with Guillermo Machado right after a dump truck…read moresideswiped me on the freeway. I knew right away I was dealing with real professionals, lawyers that knew exactly how to handle something like this and do it right. Brian gave me so much confidence during that first call that I had no doubts hiring them. Thank God I did. I drove up to his office in Los Angeles and was so impressed by what I saw and who I met. Lawyers like Mark Rubashkin and Jeff Twomey, who were monumental in my case. They all took excellent care of me. They also introduced me to the best doctors I've ever been treated by. Experts in my injuries that helped me get my health and my life back. One year to the date of my crash, Brian's office surprised me with the best news of all. The entire policy. Insurance agreed to pay it. It was a big one. All because of Brian and his team. I was blown away. I thought the case would take much longer. Years maybe. But Brian had a secret weapon that forced the other side to deal and pay the entire policy for what they did to me without any further delays. I can't thank them enough for this. Now I'm in a better position to enjoy the rest of my life thanks to Brian Breiter, Mark Rubashkin and Jeff Twomey. Thank you Guillermo Machado for making this happen.

My husband called a bunch of lawyers and set up meetings all over town. Everyone wanted to take my case, but we went with Brian and his team because, right from the beginning, I could tell they were professional, kind, and genuinely felt bad for what had happened to me--ruining my face and causing a traumatic brain injury due to the city's negligence. A couple of months ago, we started preparing for trial, and the level of attention to detail from Brian and his team was incredible. We were in constant communication, and I always felt comfortable asking any questions. I had a wonderful meeting with Jon and Annie that made me feel completely ready for trial. Thankfully, we didn't even have to go to court, as the city offered a settlement. I fully trusted Brian's advice to settle, and I'm so glad I did. It's rare to find people who are so hardworking, compassionate, and truly eager to fight for you. Every single person on that team is incredible--I would be ready to go to trial with any of them. Thank you Brian, Jon, Annie, Mark, Tatiana for all your work during these 3 years!

I'm so sorry I hired them thinking they were going to do an amazing job. Their story was that they can't find the person to collect my settlement money. I mailed Ardy a certified letter in December. I haven't heard a word back from him yet. This is totally unacceptable. People like these should be held accountable for their unethical conduct. From the very beginning, the law firm went above and beyond to support him through every stage of his recovery and case. They made the entire treatment process smooth and stress-free, helping coordinate the care he needed and consistently checking in to make sure he was healing properly. What stood out most was how genuinely caring and compassionate the team was. We never felt like just another case--they took the time to answer our questions, keep us informed, and make sure my husband was receiving the support he needed. The outcome exceeded our expectations. They fought hard to obtain the highest recovery possible, which was especially important because my husband's vehicle was a classic car with numerous custom alterations and improvements. Their efforts helped us recover compensation not only for his injuries but also for the substantial property damage and value that had been invested in the vehicle over the years. We are incredibly grateful for their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to achieving the best possible result. Daniel, Isabella and the entire team were honestly the best we could ask for. I highly recommend this firm to anyone who has been injured in an accident and wants attorneys who truly care about their clients and their recovery.
