Because there is usually nothing really difficult about it, almost everybody can cook it at least on average level and it wont really dissapoint you. But there are exceptions and this is one of them. Restaurant by itself is not something where you would go for the second time. Maybe only in a case that you live right next to it or someone will invite you to celebrate something (that was this case). Enviroment hasn´t probably changed in decades. But service wasn´t bad. It could be on a pan or in fryer for at least one minute more. So I don´t wanna even think about quality of other meals if simple fried cheese was in this shape. So I would pick a different restaurant if I were you. It´s ok only in a case that you wanna have a beer with your friends and eat only chips.
