They replaced it but it didn't match the other nails. So they had to cut down the rest of my nails to match the one they fixed. Strike one with me.She proceeds to paint my nails with the color I asked for. My nails turned out muddy looking an my cuticles are fucked They are already shorter than what I wanted an now it looks like a child did my nails. Strike 2. On top of all that she still charged me for less than expected services 32$. I did not tip and I'm a great tipper. What I asked for was not hard an to have to leave with shitty nails is !!!
