They replaced it but it didn't match the other nails. So they had to cut down the rest of my nails to match the one they fixed. Strike one with me.She proceeds to paint my nails with the color I asked for. My nails turned out muddy looking an my cuticles are fucked They are already shorter than what I wanted an now it looks like a child did my nails. Strike 2. On top of all that she still charged me for less than expected services 32$. I did not tip and I'm a great tipper. What I asked for was not hard an to have to leave with shitty nails is !!! And I'm eternally grateful for that. Cynthia, who near-immediately told me to call her Cindy, is one of the most thorough and skilled massage therapists I've had the fortune to meet. My first appointment with her started with time set aside for her to get health information and background from me, which set me at ease--she didn't just expect me to ditch my clothes and hop up on the table. I felt like she took the time to get to know who I was and what I needed before we began our first session. The private massage room and massage table are comfortable and inviting, and Cindy takes care to create a relaxing and aesthetically pleasing environment in which to work her magic. The massage itself was one of the best I'd ever had, and Cindy was incredibly considerate of any discomfort on my end. She was also a pleasure to talk to, if you're one of those people who like to talk instead of fall asleep during your massage. :-) I left that first day feeling so much better and more relaxed--not healed yet, but well on my way. In only a few more sessions, I was back to my old self, and Cindy deserves full credit. I now make sure to schedule at least one session per month (the 80-minute massage is the best; trust me, I started with 60 minutes but have never looked back!) to make sure I keep my back and neck from getting to knotted up with stress. Cynthia personally returned my call and set up a Saturday appointment for me. (Weekend rates are higher.) I purchased the 100min. massage and she worked for every bit of 100min. The environment was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. I even began falling asleep toward the end! I wish I would have been more vocal about wanting more pressure used. She also uses unscented coconut oil and for my pain used something like biofreeze or icy hot- I didn't care for the smell of that. All in all, I'll use Olney Massage again if I'm needing services in the area. Just be vocal about what you like and don't- Cynthia was very friendly and easy to talk to.
