If you are lucky enough to deal with the consultants at Kokoa then you will not be disappointed…read morewith the service you receive. I have just married after a 2year engagement. As soon as my 'now hubby' ;) popped the question, i was straight round at EVERY bridal house within the postcode CA! lol. I encountered a few 'hard sellers' and a few who just did not have the passion or service you would expect of a bridal consultant. From booking my initial appointment, i was blown away by the helpfulness of the receptionist. They didn't have any appointments left for the saturday that i had wanted, which was a big disappointment as my maid of honor was up from Sheffield that weekend and it was important that she was there. The receptionist probably detected the sadness in my voice lol, but without any prompt from me, she suggested something which i just think is the definition of customer service... she offered me a SUNDAY appointment! Fortunately there was a wedding fayre on that weekend and two consultants were already due to come in that morning to set up.. they offered me an appointment BEFORE they had to leave for the show that afternoon! WOW WOW WOW. From then on, the consultants were consistent with the service and always made me and my family feel welcome and part of the furniture over the 2 years we have known them from buying the dress and suits to jacenta dressing me on my wedding day! I bought my dress that day and the following year as few months before the wedding, i bought the suits from them too! I would have booked the whole package with them if i could have, but unfortunately due to funds, i bought my bridesmaids dresses off the internet from china haha as they were only £15 each! I love the girls at kokoa and i'm really glad they have such a big facebook following and 5 star reviews on there! Look at them reviews before the idiot who reviewed 1star.
