Long story short - after reaching out 6 times in a span of 4 months, we paid to have another contractor fix the issues. Very disappointing. I don't take any pleasure in burning a bridge, it's a last resort -- but a 1-star review is warranted. Take note -- work may be subcontracted out, one crew's activity in my neighborhood was completely inappropriate (owner was not home). I'll just leave it there. This was the only negative thing I found with the company which would have given them 4.5 stars if I could 1/2 star. However, everything else was so good I gave them 5. Now let me explain. When I called for quotes, Skywalker was my first call but to get someone out took 3 weeks. Every other company took less than a week. Lucky for both of us, I was waiting on the insurance company because otherwise I would have already made a decision and not received a quote from them. From there, I met Brandon. Brandon was great. Very informative and gave me an explanation in a format that no other company had which was impressive. I won't say what it was cause it wouldn't be fair to give one of their secrets away to their competitors. Anyway, he showed me in detail the materials they use unlike some of the others. After a decision had been made, it took about a week for the company to get the job started and two days to complete. I stopped by, talked to the Forman on site and even had him change the light bulbs in the steeple spotlights which he did without hesitation. Thank you!!! Let me say that Skywalker wasn't the cheapest. Nor were they the most expensive but for the cost, the service, the grade of material, the experience, the fact that there's always a Forman on site, the warranty and everything else combined I have no doubts that Skywalker was the best choice. The follow up even two weeks after the job was completed is nice. The roof looks great and I have had several compliments. Now if you've read this far I will give you a great gesture that Skywalker offers. For churches, the owner gives a little back to the church after the invoice is paid. Now I don't know how much that it is and for me it really doesn't matter. It's the fact that he honors God this way and I love that. If I ever need roofing service in the future. SkyWalker will be at the top of the list.

Subbing out the work to an "unprofessional" out of state crew that only wanted to finish quickly....and used the wrong paint to do trim work. Oh, and the site supervisor, had no idea what he was doing! Never kept in contact with me and my wife until the work was "supposably" completed and we pointed out all the "ERRORS" at walk thru. Second time...still major issues that wasn't completed! Sorry, not giving them a 3rd time as this "painting" crew was unprofessional and nothing but a bunch of morons!
