Absolutely horrible customer experience. Because of a small system issue, they withheld my money (over 3000 EUR!!) and order for over 3 months. No interest in resolving the problem, even though email were politely exchanged several times. Had to go through a german consumer agency, who had to act as intermediate, in order to find a solution. Finally had to pay an extra fee for the release of my goods. HORRIFIC experience, this kind of companies should not have any kind of business. Do not buy from them. read more
