From an admittedly non-German, visitor's perspective this small café/bakery is a good option for a quick lunch or to hold you over while wandering the city.
Based on seeing this same eatery and logo in Munich, we came to the conclusion that it is a chain. If you are from the U.S., the best comparison would be that it's similar to a Panera Bread outlet.
The hot chocolate was good, and the atmosphere was pleasant. In addition, the chocolate cake with buttercream filling and cherries was very tasty; one item the wife and I liked was that, like many German desserts thus far, it wasn't overly sweet.
