The service was amazing! We were all greeted by both the front and personally by a friendly guy, Garland, who I'm assuming is the manager. He knew we were new so he explained the menu to us and helped with the self-serve kiosk. Very helpful. We find it helpful when we just want to take our time looking through the menu. The decor is very nicely done. Super clean. My friends were happy with their meals. The Lomo Saltado was delicious! The steak was very tender. I am not a fan of orange chicken but I definitely am now! The garlic noodles are my absolute favorite. I have also tried the huli chicken and everything I've tried has been delicious. They even gave free samples at my first visit. I've been back several times and each time the food and service is awesome. Will definitely be a repeat customer. read more

I'm giving it two stars only because the fries were somewhat acceptable. Unfortunately, the food is awful. I had low confidence seeing as the smell of cheap oil impregnated the room. I was right about my instincts, the food is bland and greasy. Most of it is not even edible, and I would never recommend this place based on the flavors alone. Then you add the appearance (presentation) and smell and oh no, it's just a bad combination. Who gave these people a license to cook? The brussels sprouts were so hard to chew and the flavor was bitter and not well seasoned. The fried rice looked like it had been sitting there for 5 days or so, just not fresh at all. The mail courses were equally gross looking and tasted as bad as they looked. I thought I was going to get sick from this food so I threw away most of it, because even though I was hungry, I could not bring myself to eat it. There is not a lot of places to eat in the area, and I get it, but please do yourself a favor and pass on this establishment. Literally eat a snack bar and keep driving. This was just a bad experience, one that I will regret (and will be in my memory) for a long time. read more

This is my second time eating here since Saturday. Today I brought in my husband and son who is a very picky eater. We ended up talking to the owner while we were waiting for our food. He's a super nice guy and really cares about creating amazing and clean food, which made us so happy. First the son, who's a picky eater ate seasoned fries and the Huli Huli chicken just the chicken part and gobbled it up. My husband had the Huli Huli chicken and garlic noodles. He loved his food also. I ordered the Bento Box with Kung Pao chicken, ribs, fried rice, garlic noodles with a cabbage salad. All of which was so delicious and so much flavor. The Bento Box will be at least two meals and possibly three meals. The decor was very nice too. I hope you guys give this place a try because Riverside needs a restaurant like this and guess what what they are also a drive thru restaurant too. read more

We tried Mythos for the first time tonight, and it was a great experience. I went through the drive through and ordered huli huli chicken and orange chicken. The portion size in relation to the price is decent, especially for the quality of the food. I can only speak for the huli chicken because that's what I had. The chicken breast was perfectly grilled to where it had just a bit of char. The fried rice was as good as fried rice ever really is. It also came with 3 grilled pineapple rings. As I said, everything tasted super fresh and high quality. My husband also said that his orange chicken was really great. Additionally, the guy working the drive through window was exceptionally polite and had a great customer service mentality. We will definitely be adding this into our regular restaurant rotation. read more

My family and I finally had the chance to try the new Mythos Chef. All of the staff answered our questions with big smiles. The interior design and ambiance were both aesthetically pleasing, clean and comfortable. We ordered the ribs, garlic chicken wings, ribeye/broccolini, and grilled chicken. The food was delicious. The flavors were spot on, nothing to complain about! My husband and I vowed to never eat beef and broccoli again if it isn't made with rib eye aha. Garlic chicken wings were my personal favorite. We had the chance to meet Garlan the manager. He is super inviting and knows his profession well, can't forget to mention his top notch customer service skills. Decided to give them a try and the food was very delicious. We had the lomo and orange chicken and both were very good. The cashier was very nice and helpful. She handed us some samples and all were very flavorful. The inside seating area was also very nice to be in. My husband and I were excited to hear about this new restaurant opening. We decided to get the family meal with the lomo saltado, ribs, teriyaki chicken, fried rice and garlic noodles. We were greatly disappointed in all the food. All of the protein was extremely dry. The teriyaki chicken was slathered in sauce but it didn't have much flavor. The ribs lacked any kind of flavor as well and had very hard dry pieces that were inedible. The lomo saltado was so salty. The garlic noodles left a weird taste in our mouths. The fried rice was more like white rice with little bits of canned peas and carrots. We didn't end up eating a lot of the food and instead threw it out. It's very unfortunate that the food was horrible. We really wanted to like it and support this small local businesses. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. read more

He recommended the bento C, huli huli chicken, saltado, fries, garlic noodles, fried rice and we added 3 chicken wings-ala cart. We took it home, 6 minutes away, opened the box and everything in the bento box was lukewarm as if the box was prepared in advance and attempted to keep warm on a holding area, sorry but after two bites can't risk it! The chicken wings were good as they were prepared fresh and hot! Please, please check your food temperatures. It's so sad it's being thrown out. If we ate in, we would have sent the bento back. I like that the fried rice focuses on a fresh vegetable flavor. The garlic noodles are not super oily like the ones at yardhouse. I hope this place does well.
