The crystal bracelets are beautiful and I admit I have more than my fair share. If you are looking for loose stones or jewelry that has been designed with intention, Coastal Zen is the place. This little gem of a store has candles, incense, crystals, shells and beautiful jewelry at fantastic prices. You'll also find tote bags, hats, t-shirts and dream catchers! Such a cool place to visit. This is a family owned and operated business, so customer care is incredible. I have been to the shop at least a dozen times and have been greeted and waited on 100% of the time!

The old lady who probably owns the place or at the least manages it walks by and SNATCHES it out of his hands. We are standing right there, and I tell her next time she can speak to a parent and not snatch things from a child. Instead of apologizing she says we can shop somewhere else and escorts us to the front. We abandoned our buggy and the items we had collected to purchase. At the front she wants to make a scene and I remind her not to touch someone else's child. He wasn't being rowdy or destructive. He was holding a wooden item. It was in reach of him, as they were displayed on the floor. Why she felt the need to snatch aggressively from a child is beyond me. His parents were standing there and paying close attention to him. The snatch was aggressive enough to have moved his body forward. Disgusting behavior from a nasty old woman.

He is knowledgeable about the craft and is wiling to help in any way. The price is more than fair for an evening of positive entertainment and camaraderie. There is an $8 sitting fee. This sitting fee includes access to all materials available for the craft and the fire of your project in the kiln. The cost of the the item you select as your project is the only other cost to consider. That price is reflected next to the item for transparency. In the end, you will pay $8/person and the cost of the ceramic piece. I painted a $25 ceramic chicken, so my total was $33. A super relaxing way to enjoy time with people you love or even get to know people on a first date. 01-19-2025

We declined and opted for a basket instead, and staff proceeded to follow us around the store and continue to make shopping extremely uncomfortable. By the time we circled back up front this woman (I presume the owner) approached us and told us we needed to "wrap it up and start getting our stuff together". It felt like they didn't want us to be shopping. The staff working the register were short and rude with us, waving us forward impatiently rather than saying anything. Will not be returning to this establishment and opting for other antique malls with a much more welcoming atmosphere.
