I almost feel like she's an old friend who I just picked up with where we left off! To me, when it comes to things like taxes, I really feel like I need to trust the person I'm going to. Jazmin definitely made me feel that trust, almost instantly! I'm a small business owner & needed someone who knows what's best for me. They don't know their differences between Corporations, LLC etc. Go with a professional who knows about business taxes. This place is not it. Maybe it's my fault for trusting with my business needs. But then again they are the ones with the tax "knowledge" right? This was Claudia & Robert that I dealt with. I was referred by friends which is why I trusted this place. & to top it off their prices are high to not know what they're doing. I have tried contacting them at 2 different phone numbers to discuss this matter for weeks now and NO Luck. I highly recommend to have a real business tax professional to review your past tax files if you have filed with them in the past maybe even your personal tax. & don't go based on what you see on social media.

First time coming here. I spoke to Cesar over the phone to confirm his fees and availability. I…read morespecifically gave him my details over the phone and he confirmed $150. I asked if there were any additional/ hidden fees that I should know about since I have never used his services and he said no. When I arrived the door was locked so I waited in the car since it was raining. I assumed he was running late and I must have been his first customer for the day . When he arrived he told me he was just moving his car???? While he was doing my taxes he didn't really ask me any questions or made any suggestions of how I can get a better refund. I think it took him like 10 minutes. If anything I asked him questions Upon signing my paperwork . I see Betty Campos as the tax preparer. Therefore he is not a CPA and the actual tax person Is Betty Campos. When it was time to pay he said he preferred cash. I told him I only had my debit card and there would be an additional fee of $5. This is after I confirmed my total with him. He ran up my card and as I am signing my receipt I see he charged me $185. He said the extra $50.00 was for adding my home. I was not happy and never told me that was an additional fee . He apologized for the "miscommunication". I told him there was no miscommunication . I specifically asked for all charges or any other fees . Unfortunately, there was nothing I could do. I will not be returning.
