I had dinner here with my extended family for a special occasion. We were seated in at a long table…read morein a separate room from the rest of the restaurant, which provided a nice semi-private setting. The views from two of the sides of the restaurant, as well as the season terrace are excellent and offer a view of the Lenne river and the town's promenade along it. The restaurant's menu features a regional Greek cuisine along the lines of lamb, souvlaki, feta and fish. I had an excellent tomato soup and lamb shank dish, the later of which came with a side of fresh vegetables. The service was incredibly polite, attentive, and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant when visiting Altena.
