Because I have such a huge collection of sunglasses already as I always have to buy a pair when I walk by. The owner has knack of looking at you - and simply knowing which glasses suit you. I know that I should be getting a percentage of her sles, as all my friends (yes, I do have some) have become green with envy looking at my cool porno glasses (my friends call them that!) from the 70's. They all now sport similar cool, fitting sunglasses, and all of that is thanks to the great, honest way the shop owner looks after her customers. The choice is amazing. They also make proper glasses, if you need relatively cheap new lenses or whatever, they can help! Go, even if it is just to see that the glasses people wore in the seventies and eighties were actually for real.

I found a pair that I loved and had an eye exam on the spot. Within 20 minutes the Yun team had my glasses made with my prescription and no issues to ensure they are built for my stigmatism and bad eye sight. Everything included came to 99 euros and I was at Yun for a total of 1 hour!

Twice I bought glasses from them, twice they broke during the most inconvenient time for me. The first pair broke slightly after the warranty was over, the second pair in less than a year. They assured me it was a freak occurrence. I will never buy from them again and advise against using their products. Also, I waited a month to receive my glasses because I did not pay the expedited service fee. The price of the glasses has gone up about 30 percent since I bought my first pair. They have eliminated a lot of frames that were stand-outs, and the streamline styles are rather "normie".

Gerade das hatte ich extra bei euch erwartet und wurde mehr als enttäuscht. Meines Erachtens keine bessere Beratung als bei Fielmann oder Apollo und auch kein besserer Service. Ich dachte, hier wird auf den Kunden eingegangen und hatte daher mehr erwartet, sehr ernüchternd, enttäuschend und teuer. Kein gutes Kundengefühl, sehr schade. 50€ für den Sehtest, der bei anderen Optikern verrechnet wird! Die Kosten des Sehtest werden einem nicht zuvor gesagt, erst danach beiläufig und dann natürlich in Rechnung gestellt. Erst auf Nachfragen wurde mir dies mit eventuellen Unkosten durch Gläsertausch erklärt und was sollte ich da noch gegen machen. Sowas sollte vorher geklärt werden und nicht im Nachgang, aber andere haben anscheinend auch schon die Erfahrung bei euch gemacht. Fair sieht anders aus.
