My son used Luftman Heck's & Associates to file his bankruptcy but they weren't taking any clients…read moreat this time and referred us to use Jon Ginger. My fiancé called and scheduled a "free consultation". He didn't know much about bankruptcy so we wrote some questions down that we thought were important. Jon asked him to bring in certain documents and went over them with him during the "free consultation". We decided to go with him and two or three weeks later I paid 1738 for the bankruptcy. We then made an appointment to come in and he asked to bring in 3 months of the last paystubs and a couple of other papers. He never asked anything about monies in the bank or assets prior to this date. This lawyer didn't even run his credit until the day we went to go over the bankruptcy with him itself. My fiancé had a substantial about of money in the bank that he states would not really be conducive for him to file for bankruptcy at the time. He said my fiancé needed to spend at least 5 thousand in order to file. He did apologize for not asking or mentioning this prior to this, and went on to say "I mean if you need to buy furniture, but not spend it all at one time, you have to be able to show what you spent this money on. we can then file. We agreed to think about it and get back to him. About two days later we ended up emailing him telling we were going to cancel because we are not trying to spend this money due to the fact that we are saving for our wedding. This attorney ended up charging us 700 dollars for "2 hrs"and literally maybe spent a total of an hour on this case. It's sad that most of us are struggling and trying to do better and you have people like Ginter. I just pray someone takes the time to read this and not make the same mistake we made. This was definitely a snake move.. We will let karma but more importantly GOD handle this situation.

I truly regret ever considering Thomarios to handle my situation. In 2023, I clearly explained to…read morehim everything about my situation and I thought he cared since he took on my situation and paid a retaining fee. Whenever I would call Thomarios to update him on my situation to help myself over false allegations, he was always heading to court and returned my calls late nights or in a day or so later. Then when Thomarios returned my calls there was always an excuse given for his delayed response. Just to avoid all the negative things I could say for his little time rendered for me in order to help me out of my situation, He only met with me THREE times during my situation and that was for the initial meeting to retain him, the second time he claimed to prep me for the hearing at Summit County Children Services, and the THIRD time was the day of the hearing!!!! I literally feel like I was completely dooped by this individual because he should have informed me that he was not legally equipped, or knowledgeable about my situation to handle because he certainly did not represent me, or for me as well. He sat at this hearing I dare say and watched me make a complete fool of myself trying to represent myself in front of a CPS Attorney and a CPS Client's Rights Officer. Needless to say, he was 100% No help for me at all!!! If Thomarios' conscious allows him to live with himself after charging me the amount he charged and did little of anything for me, it is a sad day and time that people can be like this. If I were to post the summary of all he stated he done for my situation that he sent me via email......I will end and just say this, he got my money for free!!!
