It didn't feel like just another store; it felt like someone's passion project. When we went to check out, the person at the counter (I think he was the owner) was so genuinely warm and welcoming. I've never had such a terrible experience with a conditioner and when I went in to ask for a refund the cashier (whos daughter was working the front counter when i walked in/different from the one who suggested the conditioner the day before) told me I would have to call the owner to get my money back. I was able to get the refund but I am extremely distraught by the havoc that was wreaked upon my hair as well as the cashiers poor attitude. If you do come in make sure to avoid the kiwi conditioner.
