Amelia helped us with our first mortgage during the heat of the pandemic in 2021. We recently sold…read moreour home and acquired a new mortgage for a different property which Erin, Amelia's assistant, helped us with, exclusively. I can't say enough about these two. Amelia really spelt out the mortgage and home buying process for us, as we were first time home buyers at the time. She was also very responsive and attentive to our questions, as if we were the only clients she had. Erin, this time around, really moved mountains for us. When we started looking, understanding our price points, she would frequently send details of our purchase price and associated costs on various properties to ensure we knew what was financially feasible and what wasn't. When we finally offered, she advocated for us behind the scenes to get an agreement that was exactly what we wanted and needed. Again, very responsive to questions and provided detailed and compassionate responses. Buying a home can be so stressful, but having these two in our corner made is that much LESS stressful. I would recommend them to anyone. They have a client for life in us.

Extraordinary. That is the one word I would use to describe Kate and her team…read more We all want a realtor who strikes the perfect balance between professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for their clients. Kate does exactly that. The purchase of my condo was smooth as silk. Selling my home was a little more involved, but thanks to Kate's experience, expertise, and dedication, the right solution was always found. In my very short 74 years of life, I have worked with two other real estate firms. One was fine; the other was, shall we say, not so fine. The difference with Kate and her team was remarkable. Would I use Kate again? H.E. double hockey sticks--yes! Throughout the entire process, I felt comfortable, informed, and secure. Kate and her team consistently went above and beyond, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. One very happy client, Ron Smith

We listed out home with Nikki Hopwood of Royal Lepage. While selling a house is never a fun…read moreexperience Nikki was fantastic at every step of the process making the sale of our home a positive experience. She was fair in setting a listing price and followed through with several open houses. Following each showing she provided us with feedback and was persistent in following up with people who showed interest in our property. We had one couple that visited the property four times without making and offer. Nikki showed great patience in working with them and finding the information they needed concerning bylaw requirements for a pool and other issues. Regardless, of the potential buyers requests she remained positive and on track throughout ultimately helping us sell our house in four weeks and for a price that was quite fair and at a leading level for our area. She was positive throughout the entire process and a real pleasure to work with. Her experience in the business showed in helping us buy our new home and the conditions she advised us to include that helped protect our interests while still being competitive with our offer. Our experience working with Nikki was first rate and well above other real estate representatives that I have worked with in the past.
