When I confronted him about his attitude he did not apologize he just kept going on & on. When I finally raised my voice, he said so you can raise your voice and I can't!!! (childish). So in the end we just wanted him off our property. Never will I use them again and I am telling anyone I know not to use them. You can not go around treating your customers like that no matter how great your company is.
