We went to the Sant'Anna Clinic at 9am and Francesca saw us immediately, even though we didn't have an appointment. She was so nice and gentle with our dogs and they loved her. She checked them over carefully, cleaned the wounds, said stitching wasn't necessary, and gave us antibiotics for them. It wasn't expensive. She said they will probably be fine now but to come back next week if we have any problems. Before we came to Italy, I was worried about finding a good vet, but I am not worried any more!

Terrible experience. We took our dying pet to put to sleep and the vet refused insisting the pet…read morewas in great shape for her age. We explained the medical history, behavior and dying symptoms but vet refused to assist with pain and insisted on aggressive treatment. We did not learn until the next day when our pet died that pet hospital manzoni has one conservative vet who does not believe in putting animals to sleep to ease their suffering. Would have prefererred if she had disclosed that up front
