I came here on my trip from Boston to visit Gramma in Sterling--partly because I was overdue for a mani-pedi, and partly because I was bored and looking for something to do. The salon itself is a bit dated feeling (aren't most nail salons), and there were remnants of Christmas decorations still kicking about. In May. C'mon, now! But that's not why you go to a nail salon now, is it? Service was entirely okay, but nothing to rave about. I said a silent l'il prayer that my tools came from the autoclave. (I'm always a little leary when I go to a new nail salon.) On a Saturday afternoon, there was a reasonable crowd at this place--that's always an encouraging sign. Nail polish color selection wasn't up to date with the season's latest OPI selections. No biggie since I was going with my old standbys--but still, I like to have fresh options. Many of the bottles in the display tray were running pretty low--which usually means they're gunky. Also--my personal pet peeve when getting a manicure is when they don't make my nails all of even length. In my book, longer does not equal better. I like symmetry :-) Of course, I could have spoken up--but I didn't. That's my own fault--but I'm over it. The cost was $35 for my mani-pedi combo. Totally reasonable--though I expected prices would be cheaper out here than in Boston. I did see another nail salon in the mall (same price) and there's another on on the other side of the Lincolnway, next door to Wendy's that looked nice. I'd give that a try. read more

I got my nails done by a wonderful lady who did a great job her name was Gau. Unfortunately one of my nails fell off the next day but she's an hour away from where I live so I was unable to come out and get it fixed. The next day another nail fell off. Well my husband was home today so I called out there to see if they could fix my nails since I was just in there less than 3 days ago. The guy that answered was absolutely horrible. I was very respectful and askes kindly if I could come in and get them fixed and in return He told me "we don't fix that I don't care. That's your problem." He said this atleast 3 times. I told him I payed $50 for these nails and 2 of the fell off. He told me "you have to pay. It's not my problem. I don't care." I almost started crying because he treated me so horribly!!! They don't live up to their work or stand behind it because if they did they wouldn't have treated a customer that way. read more

I have been coming here for years and have always had great service. My kids are grown now and still talk about going there when they were young and how nice everyone was to them. read more

The nail techs I have had are polite and do well but I wish pricing was displayed. It's usually costs the same for me and my daughters to go but last time went to other location ( they have 2 now ) and it cost me $45 more for exact same services...may have to look at other options due to this. read more

Been going to this salon for 10+years. I am DONE as of today. They are so rude and rough. Lee (the owner) watched TV as she was removing the polish from my nails and she did not get it all off!! They look terrible. Left payment AND tip on her station as I was leaving and said thank you to her, no response from her. They lost my business as of today. read more

What a horrible experience! I've gone to this nail salon for over 10 years and will NOT return. The nail technician was inpatient, verbally aggressive and rough. Mid way through the service I had to remind her that I was a paying client and ask her to not speak to me in such derogatory tones and treat me in such a rough impatient manner. After paying for the service. I left and will not return. The salon has deteriorated severely over the last few years. Cleanliness has declined and the number of technicians available to do full sets or fills is limited. read more

I have to say I am shocked by the poor customer service and lack of professionalism. I used to use My Nails all the time when I lived here but never again. They completely hurt one of my toes by there lack of knowledge of how to do pedicures. Horrible place to go. read more

worst nail salon ever. i went to get my nails done for prom & the staff was so rude and aggressive. the lady made me put my nails up to a hot lightbulb and when i put my hand down because it was actually starting to burn she rudely grabbed my hand and put it back up without saying a word. also, the prices online AND on the wall of the salon say $25 for a full set of acrylics, but the lady charged me $45!!! and the paint job was terrible. do not go to this nail salon, worst experience ever and way overpriced for below average work. read more

i recently had a manicure & pedicure which she went to deep on my toe i ended up with an infection on my toe !! the manicure left alot to be desired i actually had to ask the to clean under my nails! not to mention the whole time they speak to each other in their languages if you attemp to have a conversation with them the are rude !! i use to go to one certain girl but she was busy that day i believe her name s BeBe she is good but no else that will be the last time i go there read more
