After sitting in my car and realizing how dissatisfied I was, I went back inside less than ten minutes later to politely ask if they could shorten and repaint my nails. My nail tech apologized, but that doesn't change the fact that I was charged extra to correct something that wasn't done as requested in the first place. I've been nothing but loyal and respectful for years, so this was really disappointing. After this experience, it's clear that customer satisfaction isn't a priority here.
