I mentioned, I didn't have an appointment with the Doctor and therefore cannot confirm if she will be able to see me the same day. They offered to reserve the stock for me, but I wanted to buy it anyways. They were then willing to continue to hold it in storage for me if I wasn't able to see the Dr. till the next time I got an appointment. Which meant I could have bought it or reserved it and collected it even a week later. Very convenient. Fortunately I did get to see my Dr the very same day and didn't have an opportunity to use the services offered. In my view, they get 5 stars!
