Our first visit was OK many months ago. This is from our visit yesterday: The cashier was constantly distracted while we were giving our order. He would just stop paying attention and start talking to the kitchen staff. We gave him a coupon for buy one, get 50% off but don't think he used it (will get to that later). I also ordered Cajun fries (will get to that as well). We ended up paying almost $30 for 2 burgers, 2 drinks and a kid's grilled cheese and never received the Cajun fries. I would have checked the receipt but he never offered or gave us one. I'm pretty sure we didn't get the coupon applied and hard to say if we paid for the fry upgrade. The food was super mediocre. Culver's is better. Smash Burger is better. So many places that wouldn't even be close to that price are better. We won't be going back. read more

This is the second time I have order from them once delivery the second time pick up. Both times I have been pleased with the food hot and the fries crispy? I like their food. Their burgers is one of the best in town. I mean the burgers is the type you would find in a fancy restaurant, but for a lot less. Besides the people there are really friendly. I was driving down 66th and had to make a U turn and then found a parking spot. But where is the entrance to My Burger? I see Einstein Bagels and Wax the City. A sign pointing to My Burger would have been helpful. I did enter through the Entrance door though. I ordered a Veggie Burger and all their Burgers come with fries. Ordered to go. About a 10 minute wait but then you know it's fresh. Used single stall bathroom. A pet peeve of mine. Is it that expensive to add 1-2 more stalls? Rant over. I pump myself some garlic mayo and shirracha fry sauce. My order is ready. I didn't eat all day so I broke my own rule and ate in the car! The Veggie Burger was very good and the Cajun Fries were absolutely dumped on with too much seasoning salt. I dipped in both sauces just ok. The fry portion is half of this box. Tons of fries. They do not skimp on fries here. A good value for $5 something. Next time I will try Cole slaw or just plain fries. The dog ate the rest of them when I got home. I got a chicken burger for $7, which came with free fries, and a salted caramel milkshake for around $3.50. Both were delicious, and the fries come with a smoked garlic mayo or a siracha mayo sauce, which were both great as well. What can I say? It's a burger. Limited menu - just burgers. The California burger was fine, it comes with fries. They use garlic salt on the burgers. They also have tap beer. Gave me the wrong beer, but it was OK. The building is glass and concrete - quite noisy. The additional thumpa - thumpa - thumpa Techno Music was unnecessary. It's quite tricky to access the restaurant - it's not accessible from the parking lot - you have to walk around the front - weird. read more

I have been there a couple times now and each time had a good burger and beer. Bitchin' burgers here. I've been meaning to try this place out for a while, but spaced it. As it turned out, I found a bogo coupon, so that was pretty cool. I got a standard bacon cheeseburger with fries. The burger was really tasty, and it was cooked to perfection. I asked for mid rare, and that's what I got. The burger was tasty, and the whole thing was wolfed down in record time. The fries, also, were on point. They were crispy and delicious. The place was hoppin' when I stopped in, but the food came out relatively quick. After all, everything is made to order. This ain't fast food people. Parking lot is a total bitch, but oh well. I have a medical condition that requires I eat "gluten free" and I'm always nervous about eating at a burger joint as staff rarely knows which options are gf. No need to worry here! The front staff was great, they offered a gluten free bun option and advised that their coleslaw was gf as well. They also knew to advise against their fries which are gluten free but are cooked in the same grease as breaded food items. The bun was fantastic for a gf bun and the burger was delicious! I've been to this restaurant 3 times. It is convenient for me to be able to go to the Richfield restaurant. One thing I have noticed is that their burgers are way overly salted. I have resorted to ordering them with no salt and am happy with they way they come out ... Still taste seasoned. I love salt but all three times they were too salty even for me. My family (wife and son) noticed it as well. This is a little surprising, as the Excelsior location doesn't overdo the salt. You'd think the chain would do everything the same. read more
