I recognized the importance of this, but so many other things always seem to take priority. Tori not only took the time to understand my work as a professional mastectomy fitter but took a genuine interest in my work with breast cancer survivors in my community. She took my no-frills, amateur looking website and social media presence to the next level by bringing creative and new ideas to the table. Tori is professional and passionate about what she creates for others, and I feel grateful to have her as my social media manager. Tori's prices were very reasonable and affordable. I highly recommend Tori for any business looking to expand their social media presence.

I was going to let this go until I started getting email from a mailing list which I, and a whole host of other customers, asked they not put us on. Last straw, meet camels back. These guys were a COMPLETE PAIN to work with. I had to pay for the privilege of hand-holding the whole design and engineering process to get a sign made for my business. The owner was passive aggressive towards me during the process. At one point when I was ready to take my business elsewhere they refused to refund my money. I finally did get my sign built and installed, and so far it looks good, but YOU might not be so lucky. If you use these guys, expect childish behavior, and be ready to babysit. Make yourself an expert on how the sign you want needs to be built, and the processes involved to get there. Try to know what is and isn't possible BEFORE you call these guys. Also you better know how to execute each process for your sign so you know when things are off, can offer advice to get things back on track, and get in and row when these guys throw up their hands and tell you they can't or do not know how to fix whatever problem, or they recommend a solution that will produce botched results. Did I mention their general failure to show up to scheduled appointments in a timely fashion? Don't expect them to show up on time. If you have anything time critical going on, get someone else to cover it for you, or you will have problems. HELL WILL FREEZE OVER before I give them another penny of my business ever again. And at this point I'm left having to block their email domain since they can't seem to respect my wishes.

The logo was placed crooked and was not centered properly on ALL the shirts. Either the person printing is blind or purposely did a piss poor job. I only needed 1 color printed on the shirt and the quality of the screen print was poorly done as a lot of shirts edges looked rigid. The process was horrid once I had my quote done. The instant I gave them the green light to start printing, I received an email of the sample shirt and the picture was blurry! I had to messaged them to send me a proper picture! I'm pretty sure I was over charged since I provided my own shirts but it was still ridiculously pricey. I even double check with a worker there and the worker claimed it was fine. Also, I was told on the phone they do not issue refunds! If you want a professional product done by a professional business, DO NOT COME HERE.
