The girls up front are always friendly and very helpful. Love the red light sauna that is available to you before and after your massage. The therapist we use are Barbara and April. I have had appointments with them both and both are fantastic. They do an excellent job with therapeutical massage. If you are coming to get a foo foo massage Barbara is not it. She will massage every single knot out of you. Does it hurt? Wil you cry...maybe :) Will you feel sooooo much better. YES! April will also go after those trigger points and focus on what is causing you pain, she is more gentle. I highly recommend adding on the hot stones to your massage, they can get in so much deeper the stones. Absolutely recommend!
