I feel MWK services is the worst business I have ever hired to perform a contracted service for my home. I signed a 1 year contract to utilize their residential landscaping services. On the first day the landscapers provided services to my home, I noticed my outside air conditioning unit (brand new) had a major dent in it and the gutters were moved by the ac unit. Also, the air conditioning unit was moved off the platform as well. I contacted MWK services, multiple times, but their phones only lead you to a voicemail box, unless you press the prompt for sales. When i got in touch with a employee, the manager came over and said their lawnmowers wouldn't make a dent at the height of the impact mark so it couldn't have been them. When the landscapers came again, I physically watched them in my backyard, and it's clear, the way the lawnmower is built, could have easily caused that damage. I was not offered a credit for these damages. During the rest of the year, flags were not placed on my lawn when pesticides should have been placed on my grass, and the amount of crab grass that I had was unbelievable, while my neighbors who used different landscaping services had glorious looking grass. I felt I was paying each month for the crew not to do everything I was paying for as per my contract. Every time I would call MWK services, they explained they did provide all services for my home. It got to fall cleanup time, and it's December and fall cleanup still wasn't completed. I paid for my gutters to be cleaned out, they did not complete this job and did a poor job with the fall clean up. When I called again, they said they forgot- did not offer me a credit but reminded me to pay my bill (which i already did back in November). They never returned to clean the gutters and I needed to hire a different company to help me. So I finished my one year contract with a dented air conditioning vent, services half done, gutters filled with leaves, horrible looking grass and overgrown bushes, and received the worst customer service i ever got in my life. Also, when it was time to renew- it was clear they were recommending an outsourced company. I did not renew. My assumption- for the year that i was under contract with MWK services, i feel that landscapers were outsourced, which is why there was a terrible lack of communication- never a MWK services landscaping truck providing services and that why nothing was done appropriately and lack of care to my home. I highly encourage you, the reader of my post to avoid using MWK services for residential landscaping needs. read more
