Amy and Danny are one of kind and always get there orders done with perfection and quality. I've used Cyber Stitch for a dance studio I used to work for to get personalized team jackets made! I collaborated with Amy, told her the colors we wanted and style and she came up with a wonderful design for the studio! I know they also locally embroider uniforms for different types of sport teams, cheerleading squads, high schools, elementary schools, NASCAR, etc.. they do it all. T-shirts, Jackets, Masks, Sweaters, Socks, Hats, Pants, Blankets (great for personalizing gifts) really anything you can think of that is embroider-able lol. I brought in some visors to be embroidered for a special occasion, then was told they are too thick and the needle would break. Gabriel told me he could heat press vinyl onto the visors. I agreed to a font (so many options!) and asked that the initials be centered from top to bottom and side to side, which he said was no problem. The hats were ready promptly the next day, and I was so excited to pick them up! The initials on the visors were neither centered from top to bottom nor from side to side. One of the initials was also just plain crooked. When I said the initials were not centered, he said, "Oh, you don't think so?" I asked if it was possible to remove the vinyl and redo it and he said, "No, sorry. I tried my best," then told me it was difficult because the hat was curved and the press is flat. Very professional! Now I am ALL about supporting small businesses, as I have one of my own, but I firmly believe in customer satisfaction. I know in my own business I would never charge someone for something I messed up and would fix it before even letting the customer see it. After throwing $20 down the drain, I got home, hopped on Google, and quickly learned how to remove vinyl. It took me around 40 min. per hat, but I would be mortified to give these hats as gifts. I was also able to do the monogram myself with my Cricut...should've done in the first place, but lesson learned! Save your $ and go somewhere else. Oh, and no one was wearing masks (even when I walked in with one on)...

You can go to this link and see the shirts that were created. Post CAT 5, Hurricane Dorian, we had to get shirts made for our volunteers that were (and are) going out to deliver donated goods. We wanted to make sure the shirts distinguished our organization with others. And it did! We of course were not looking to spend a lot (as our proceeds are going to those in need) but at the same time keep with the quality of shirts. Especially with the post hurricane conditions of not being able to wash clothes as consistently as you can in 1st world amenities (think 3rd world or beyond post hurricane conditions). Nick and his team came through with our time line for both orders we had. He proved to us when we did our first order of shirts that quality did not go to the wayside with the time constraints we gave him. Both orders were done beyond our expectations. On top of that he dropped them off at the Freight Forwarder in Fort Lauderdale to have them brought over via plane for our volunteers to wear the shirts. He stayed in tight communication via text, email and phone and assisted rapidly (and very patiently) on the changes we kept throwing his way of the Donors we had to add to the back of the shirt.
