They did a shocking job on the first clean, not cleaning any of the cupboards, barely even hoovered, dust still everywhere. As you can imagine this did not please our landlady or the estate agent. They company said they'd send someone round for the second clean, this person showed up without any cleaning equipment and had apparently been told she was only going to be recleaning the windows despite me sending 20+ photos of the flat post-clean and asking for a full reclean to be done. Following this, I asked for my money back, weeks of chasing emails and phone calls only to eventually be told that "there were people living there when we cleaned and this was not acceptable", this is a complete lie - the flat was entirely empty for both visits as we'd moved out the week before. I ended up having to pay another cleaning company the same amount again to do a proper job. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY, I CAN'T SAY IT ENOUGH.

To make matters worse they delivered some cleaning products for the cleaners to use (even though no cleaner ever made it to our property), wouldn't come and collect them and demanded that we pay an over inflated invoice for the cleaning products. It's somewhat cleaner. It's not a deep clean though. £126 and I have to clean myself. It's up to you but I won't repeat order. It would be a complete waste of money. Especially as I was told it's too late to raise a concern once they have my money. Other options are abundant. I have pictures of the results but they're not interested. Live and learn. Below is the list of communications, dates, and method we have discussed, I have only used first names and no numbers for obvious rasons March 11 - Text from Debbie - ("hi, would you confirm your cleaning service for tomorrow at 9a, thank you, Debbie, supervisor") March 12 - "Stella" cleaned and caused damage (we can provide pictures) March 12 - Tlaked to Ivo to meet us at 8am on March 17 to inspect March 13 - Discussed with Ivo again to confirm appointment March 17 - No show - tried to call 3 times, number blocked (tried different number worked fine) March 17 - Talked to "Nora" was informed it went to "complaints" department and they would get back to me end of day - No response March 18 - Talked to Nora again, same result March 19 - Called a third time got someone new, and was told there are no managers but someone would get back. I know that sounds lame, but anyway I opted to call in the professionals and let them help out. I hired a local cleaning company called Twickenham Cleaners for a through house cleaning service. This company did a magnificent job, all over the house getting to parts I didn't touch much! Anyway it was an excellent service at a low cost price I use them weekly now and it is a welcome relief to come home to a nice clean home.
