When we arrived at the tram station there was no ticket machine to find. There was, however, a price list for tickets. That's really useful if there is no way to buy your ticket (sarcasm off). When the tram then arrived there was an arrow that said "tickets" and pointed to the front of the tram. So me and my wife entered and I asked the driver politely if I have to buy tickets from him (there was no sign that said where to actually buy them and it was the first time I saw that you have to buy tickets in the tram itself). The driver didn't even look at us just when I asked him again he turned and was rude af and wouldn't just give me an answer to my normal question. I then just left the tram and we went back to the hotel so this pathetic excuse of a city that can't even employ somewhat friendly service personnel won't get a single cent from me. read more
