Outstanding Service, Fair Pricing, and True Integrity! On…read moreThursday 10/15/26 after 8pm, I utilized Yelp to find a shop that could perform an alignment on my 2004 Mercedes-Benz C230 Kompressor Sport on very short notice--I needed it done by the next day. After reaching out to 10 local shops (many of which don't even service Mercedes), 8 responded within 10 hours with quotes ranging widely from $100 to $229. Based on a close friend's strong recommendation--who has trusted this shop with his vehicles for over 20 years--I chose Morin for their competitive $120 quote. Via Yelp!, I messaged Richard, the owner, and wanted an appointment for Friday 10/16/26 at 10:30 AM. Richard said I can come anytime. So, I did. I ended up arriving an hour early, just before 9:30 AM, but was greeted immediately. The staff already knew who I was and recognized my car. Noticing my brand-new tires, the technician sharp-sightedly asked why I needed the alignment and what other work had been done. I explained that I'd just had a mechanic replace lower control arm and tie rods, front brakes, front rotors, change all four tires, rear shock absorbers, rear suspension coil springs...and that the tire shop down the road told me to get an alignment right away. My total wait time was only about an hour. Midway through the job, Richard came out to recommend a front camber adjustment. He quoted me $180 total--just $60 more than the original alignment-only price. Given the complexity of a Mercedes suspension, it was incredibly fair and well worth the money. The results are absolutely amazing. The car drives perfectly straight, glides effortlessly, and honestly feels like a brand-new car again! The ride quality is superb. Morin has officially earned a regular customer. I've already referred them to my neighbor, who will be visiting soon. Thank you, Richard and the Morin team, for your integrity, fair prices, efficiency, and fantastic communication. Awesome job well done!

As a female who doesn't know a lick about cars and maintenances, I solely rely on people to be professional and honest. The gentleman I typically go to for oil changes and smaller jobs had informed me that my front brakes were sh*t and needed to be changed ASAP. The rears were okay but he recommends me get them done as well since I was already doing the front. Luckily for me, I made the decision to see Frank. I let him know what kind of work I needed and although the rates were higher than what I was quoted from the other shop, Frank has forever been an honest and upfront- making Great Mall Tire Outlet a must. Come here prepared for a wait, y'all. The work is truly that great, leading to lots of regular patrons coming to see Frank and the guys. Shout out to Raul?? [I think that was his name] who was working on my car. Once the car was pulled on the rack, Frank's suspicions were right in me NOT needing to have break pads or my rotors change. NONE- not the front or the back!! So much for my fronts needing to be changed ASAP, right?? While I did waste an unnecessary amount of time having to make the trip out here, it was totally worth it thanks to the peace of mind Frank has given me. Come one, come all!! Great Mall Tire Outlet is heaven sent to people like me who could have easily been swindled!!! 5/5 stars but I would love to give them so much more!!!!!

I recently had a slight flat tire on only one of my tires so I wanted to make sure I can go to a reliable tire shop that can patch this tire. Having been to a few shops in the past with long service or unreliable results, I decided to hedge my bets with Great Mall Tire Outlet hearing that they do good results on a variety of cars ranging from regular gas to heavier Teslas with the insulating foam. The location was a bit sketchy at first but after coming in and getting all the details written down, car was quickly driven in and worked on for at least ~1 hour and was good to go. Drove around for more than 1 week and confirmed the flat was good as gone and all done for $50 is not too bad! One of the few reviews that I ironically want to say I won't come back to but if I do, I'll be confident Frank can do the job well done again.

Today I was pumping gas and saw a giant nail sticking out of my tire and even though there were other tire repair shops closer I decided to drive the 20 minute to pop over to this shop. When I pulled in there was a line but I still parked and someone stopped me before I even got to the door and asked what I needed help with. I told them the issue then took the keys and let me know it is a 10 minute wait before my turn. I went inside and waited and they even offered me a free cold beverage for the hot day. Nice clean and AC waiting are as well. Today I had to replace the entire tire but it was fairly price and still in and out less than 30 min prob. Super fast and friendly and good work, they have my loyalty (but hopefully I won't need to use their service too often and avoid all the nails in the road).
