For some reason, I like islands, especially ones like this that happen to be connected to the mainland by some artificial structure, which means that you can't get stuck out there if the weather turns bad (well, you probably can, but not quite this one since it is a pretty wide breakwater that connects the island). This is basically a nature reserve for, well, mutton birds, if you can find one in the long grass.
