One of the main anchors of Waterfront is a Primark. There are two Starbucks locations. On the outside, there is a Lidl attached to the mall. There is a sizable food court with outdoor seating, including a view of the water. (Get it? It's on the waterfront.)
There is an H&M as well as a Hollister. I think the boba place is new but didn't check it out because the line was out the door.
In September 2021, they are still taking some Covid precautions. For example, you can't enter Primark from the exterior-facing entrance. You have to queue up and sanitize your hands to enter. They are tracking the number of people inside the store by the shopping bags they hand out.
The mall is designed to be long, with a row of stores in the middle. You can walk through those middle stores to get to the other side of the mall. I will keep coming back to this mall for a straightforward mall experience. And for easy access to a Primark.
