Went to Design 1 and my neck and back of the head has blisters and a chemical burn. Design 1 ended up fixing the orange my head turned with spots all over the back of the hair. Had my hair bleached 6 weeks before that with no reaction from a different stylist and turned out beautiful. Company did nothing for me when I went back talked to them told me to text pictures and someone would get back to me. I haven't gone anywhere else since! Now that they are located out on 14 Mile they actually have a dedicated parking lot, which is much more convenient. Depending on what was going in downtown Rockford it was sometimes challenging to find parking at the previous locations. It was especially difficult in bad weather or when running a little later. The new location is smaller, but cute and clean. The ladies that work there are all friendly. We've all had some great conversations. I like that they are honest with me about what my hair can and can't do when I come in with a particular idea or photo. I've had previous stylists at other locations that won't tell me that what I have in mind just won't work on my hair type, so I end up unhappy with the end result.
