Extremely disappointing experience We booked a trial drum…read morelesson (Probeunterricht) for our son on 15 July 2026. Unfortunately, he became sick that day, so we tried to cancel the lesson 2-3 hours before the scheduled appointment. We called, sent an email, and even left a voicemail, but nobody answered or responded. The company later explained that they were on Sommerferien (summer holidays). I can understand that staff may be away during the holidays. However, even after the holidays, we received no response until 15 August 2026 -- a full month after the scheduled lesson. When they finally contacted us, we were told that we had to pay €35 because we apparently had not cancelled within the required 48-hour period and the teacher had come and kept our son's appointment slot available. What is extremely frustrating is that we did try to contact them before the lesson. We called, sent an email, and left a voicemail, but nobody responded. We were then left without any response for an entire month, only to be contacted later and told that we were responsible for the cancellation fee. I understand that cancellation policies exist and that a teacher's time has value. But after everything, we ended up having to pay the €35 anyway, despite having made several attempts to contact them before the lesson. For a so-called professional music school, this level of communication and customer service is extremely disappointing. If you expect customers to follow strict cancellation rules, you should also provide a reliable way for customers to contact you and respond to those messages in a reasonable amount of time. 1/5 -- Extremely poor communication and customer service. Very disappointing experience.
