This is an awesome music shop that offers all instruments to beginner musicians and to advanced musicians.

Sold mea rent-to-own instruments, which I had to sign a contract for, claiming that I was to be purchasing a used, Yamaha beginner flute over a two-year time span for a total of $812. To date, I have been charged almost $2400 over three years. They play dumb, like it was just an indefinite rental. What was the bogus contract I signed for, guys? I would not recommend them at all. I could have gotten the same product brand new through Walmart.com for $820. I am not happy with them, and I am convinced the school band director must collect commissions for promoting them, which should be illegal, since they frown on any other options, or are not aware of the crooked scams. Please rethink your decision, and seek the same product elsewhere, and I think a few of these crooked band directors should also be told by a few parents that they will purchase an instrument where they choose. Just like car Insurance companies can not demand where you have your vehicle repaired. Parents, whoare looking for a way to better their children's futures should be allowed to choose where to make their pur have with only advice on how to lookfor quality instruments. I am disappointed in her school for their promotion of this business, who overcharged and double charged, and now the attempted charges to my card have increased from $49 to $86 to $250 a month. My son lost a valve finger button during a football game so his band director sent us to get a replacement. We were told that they don't carry parts except for mouth pieces and that there was no technician on Saturdays. For us to come back on Monday and the tech may have one available but no guarantee. It's football, marching and competition season, how can you have a business selling instruments and not have parts available? And why not have a technician on Saturdays.
