I am profoundly dismayed by my recent encounter with Mushtaq Travel. The situation escalated when they attempted to charge credit card fees, a practice I promptly flagged as illegal. Subsequently, my Umrah flights reservation was cancelled, and matters took a distressing turn when the Manager, making a No Caller ID call, threatened legal action against me. The handling of this situation has been highly unprofessional. Despite the manager acknowledging the mistake, there has been a lack of effective resolution, and my reservations were abruptly cancelled without prior notification. Such practices not only breach legal regulations but also tarnish the professionalism and integrity of Mushtaq Travel.
