Very simple with olive oil and garlic but tasty. The pork came with a little bit of potatoes and some roasted peppers. Upstairs you are given a small chorizo and some bread to start. On the map on yelp the location was wrong, but it is in the plaza de España right in the entry to the "tubo". There is standing space in the first floor and sitting space in the second floor. We went to the second floor. We also had some wine and some beer and all the wine was excellent.

These are not just your Daddy's traditional tapas, they elevate tapas with such a creative artistic flare, they are simply amazing, and your not paying an over-priced premium.
