This museum is currently being renovated, but for 2 euros it is worth a stroll through.
Unless you are an anthropologist/archeologist, this museum will only take about 30 minutes to see.
Plenty of interesting ancient carvings used in funeraries, sarcophagi, monuments, and more - from the local region, as well as Greece, Rome, and Egypt. I particularly enjoyed the man eating Monster- look close-it's a male!, and a few depictions of lions, the facial carvings, and one beautiful horse and soldier panel. read more
