I've studied nutrition and health for many…read moreyears and found that most stores and pharmacies sell inferior products (plenty of studies show that the the big name brand are typically ineffectual) so its great to find that we have a Vitamin Shoppe in our own backyard because they always carry the best brands that have been proven by independent assays to contain what you want, in the form you want it in and in the quantity that you actually expect to be receiving. This is most important above all else. The shop is squeaky clean, the staff is always helpful and the managers really know what they are talking about. My family always gets al their supplements and vitamins here (we have been customers of Vitamin Shoppe for many years, in our old town) and have always been happy with the high grade products that they stock. I asked to clarify if he didn't know his products well and he said he absolutely did and I said so then you really just don't want to help me. I was looking for a supplement that was vegan-safe, shellfish-free, and supportive of digestion, and Maggie went above and beyond to help me find the right options. She took the time to actually listen to my needs, carefully go through products with me, and even recommended a Vitamin B option that fit what I was looking for. What stood out most wasn't just her product knowledge--it was the genuine care and attention to detail she showed throughout the interaction. That level of customer engagement is something you simply don't see as often these days. I believe recognition goes a long way, especially when someone takes pride in what they do and makes a customer feel genuinely cared for. Maggie's kindness, patience, and dedication absolutely did not go unnoticed. Please recognize Maggie for the wonderful job she is doing.
