We ordered our custom entertainment center on December 11, 2020. We were told that construction on our cabinet would begin in 8 weeks. At the time of our order, Murray's required payment in full before an order could be placed. Four months later the cabinet had not even been started. We asked to cancel our order and receive a refund. That request was denied as once the contract is signed no refunds are given. After nearly a year of unmet delivery dates and excuses, we filed a complaint with the BBB for resolution. Our cabinet was finally delivered. However, when installing the handles, the owner of the company drilled through the doors while installing the hardware. He also delivered the cabinet with unfinished pull out drawers. Both of these items would have been left unattended had I not asked about them. He once again promised to pick up the drawers/doors and correct things. He was to pick them up the week of November 29, 2021. That did not happen nor have I received a call from him to make other arrangements. I finally contacted the finishers and worked with them to take care of the items without Murray Cabinets help. They graciously fit me into their schedule, and remedied the problem.
