The chocolate was super rich and the real cream cheese in the blueberry cheesecake shined through. The beef briskets and beef tripes were braised thoroughly, super tender, rich flavor of spices and seasoning, while the texture of respective parts remained spot-on. The broth base also had great flavor. Portion size was good for the price. For the wontons, they were a bit smaller than the ones I had in another Cantonese place, and they seemed to have small or no shrimp inside, but the intense flavor of minced pork and the bouncy texture suggested the stuffing was of great quality, and the wrap was thin enough to melt in the mouth while also resilient enough to keep the wonton intact. My only wish would be that the noodles would be less runny and bouncier. But overall, I was very satisfied with this place.
