Now public drunks can be entertaining but they can also be annoying when they think everyone is sporting the same buzz that they are. It's apparent the proprietor of this property feels it's okay for his customers to pre-pay at the curb rather than at the pump or register inside- on second thought I sure the 40 came from the owners cooler so it's a moot point.
