If she doesn't know you, you're just another person walking in. No 'hello/goodbye', no 'thank you'. She's short and NOT sweet. Another issue that ties in with Dotty would be, the constant need for receipt paper at the gas pumps. They're ALWAYS out! Heaven forbid you mention this to Dotty. Rolls her eyes and says 'Yup, NEXT!' Hello Soup Nazi (NO RECEIPT FOR YOU!). *Dotty needs to be fired or forced to retire!!* Let's continue with the exterior of this 'wonderful' establishment. There is constant trash everywhere and the trash bins are always full, which in turn brings flies and other nasty bugs that your customers get to battle with while trying to gas up. I've seen rats runs around outside during the middle of the day. I've seen them along the fence line and bushes. Disgusting! The air pumps and vacuums haven't worked in well over a year and they refuse to have them fixed. They just replace the signs stating that they're out of service. If there's a storm, good luck getting gas if the pumps even work. If they do work during a storm, you can only pay with cash... really? Speaking of storms, anytime it rains heavily, you'll see dirty buckets collecting water dripping from the ceiling all over the store. The floors are always dirty and the employees could give a crap less about even being at work. That is not an option, just go in and try to interact with an employee. You can see their lack of care in their faces. No smiles, no thank you's, no have a good day. At what point does corporate step in?

The prices are cheaper here than the other stations in the neighborhood because the cost is subsidized by your membership. You'll usually save at least ten cents a gallon and sometimes more. They do not have squeegees or snacks or diesel. It's regular and premium gasoline only. Note that they have extra long hoses. Unless you're in a van like me, you can use either side. So please, don't all queue up because you have to use THIS side. Frustrating! Please don't merge this with the Costco Wholesale nearby.
