Do not just walk away without checking your order for pickups. I tell you this as both a delivery contractor and a costumer. I have reduced my patronage with their food prep side. The sad part its not just this Wawa. All the Wawa's have an increase of incomplete orders. As a customer: I keep getting charged for missing items, Their refund department only refunds what they want. Meaning theres 2 of the same item missing? They only do 1 and then you find yourself having to waste more time dealing with them to get the rest of your money. Also the plate orders get made half way and they just go, "it looks good" n try to just give it to you like that. As a Delivery driver: I keep getting the same issues no matter where we are. If you as a company are going to put tape in the bag so there is no tampering from us? You are responsible to make sure you keep your quality and trust with your clients that (all the items) are included and if not? You don't charge the items. Its not fair that delivery drivers are being punished for your business mistakes. I don't understand why is it so hard to look at the label , tablet or print out and match the items to it? I used to work in a pizza n grill place as a line cook. All i had to do was read the slip, put whats on the slip in the tray. Missing item? I pressed that little button in my ear piece n told the kitchen Runner we out of something. I think WaWa needs to adapt to the change like other business have. If you cannot trust your own employees to make sure whats ordered matches whats given? Mc donalds, Dunkin, Wendys and even chiks fill etc, all have brought in the scale system. It saves time on your business and has a shorter window of mistakes. Im aware lots of businesses have the holiday temps but its not fair for your customers paying you and adding extra tips to end up paying; $45 +tips for a yogurt and 5 missing items. $20 +tips two dinner bowls with just sauce and meat no sides. (Look at pics) cuz your "Order Finisher" rather close the bag without verifying or third party delivery contractors to have to compromise the "no tampering tape or staples to make sure YOUR employees do the order right. While we get chewed out and be at risk of getting penalize again FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES SLACK. I got mayor health disabilities. I do food deliveries cuz my body wont allow me to be stable inside a mandatory schedule system. Being a contractor delivery person? I can stop working when i need to, i can start working when i want. Take all breaks my body needs. I got a tore ACL on top of that. Just walking on pain killers still hurts like a mother Fahkr, but i got bills and i do what i have to. My whole job is to pick stuff up, make sure i transport things safely and clean. Deliver it to clients wishes. Thats it. If you are a customer ordering through the Wawa app? Please don't be rude to your delivery drivers. We are not allowed to open your bags and look. To WaWa: you guys need to fix this, its easy. Put a poster next to the Delivery tablet or computer. Get your Team lead to exercise some of that good old fashion "Peer to Peer" and encourage them to correct the simple task of making sure inventory matches order. I understand its the holidays, but you will loose money from people loosing your trust. I know you ain't getting my my meal prep or delivery money anymore. No way im going to order a meal for my elderly mom while im working hours away, for her to call me n find out theres only a soda in the bag after i payed ($20-30+tips). So that i spend another 30mins to get my money back and wait 3 f ing days to get an actual refund. Its like we giving money away. HELL NO! For now you are a gas station thats it. I do not trust any of the Wawa's in Tampa area.

As a lifelong Valrico local, I've fueled up at plenty of gas stations, but St. Cloud Station at…read more3802 Durant Rd has become my go-to for more than just gas. This CITGO station isn't your average fill-up spot--it's a reliable, well-run gem that offers top-notch service, clean facilities, and a convenience store stocked with everything you need on the go. After checking out other reviews and my own experiences, I'm giving St. Cloud Station five stars for its consistent quality, friendly staff, and the way it makes every stop a breeze. The pumps at St. Cloud Station are always in good shape, with TOP TIER™ CITGO TriCLEAN® gasoline that keeps my car running smooth. I've never had issues with the fuel, and reviews on sites like Yelp and GasBuddy echo that sentiment, praising the station for competitive prices and clean fuel. The station's open daily from 5 AM to 11 PM, which is perfect for early morning runs or late-night fill-ups. I've popped in during the day for a quick tank top-off, and the pumps are fast and easy to use, with plenty of them to avoid long waits, even during rush hours. The convenience store is a standout. It's clean, well-lit, and packed with snacks, drinks, and essentials--think ice-cold sodas, chips, and even some local goodies. Other reviewers on Yelp have noted the store's variety, with one mentioning a great selection of coffee and snacks for the road. I'm a fan of their energy drinks and beef jerky, perfect for a quick grab-and-go. The staff are a big part of why this place shines--always friendly, quick to ring you up, and ready with a smile. One review on Foursquare called the service "top-notch," and I agree; the folks behind the counter make you feel like a regular, even if you're just passing through. What sets St. Cloud Station apart is the little things. The lot is spotless, with no trash or spilled fuel, which isn't always the case at other stations. Reviews on GasBuddy highlight the clean facilities, and I've never seen a pump out of order or a messy restroom. They also offer the Club CITGO app for fuel rewards, which saves a few cents per gallon--a nice perk for frequent visitors like me. Prices are fair for the area; I've seen gas here consistently at or below nearby stations, and other reviews confirm it's one of the cheaper spots in Valrico. Sure, some might say it's just a gas station, but St. Cloud Station goes beyond the basics. It's reliable, welcoming, and feels like a true community hub. I've been coming here for years, whether for a quick fill-up, a snack run, or just to chat with the staff while grabbing a coffee. For its clean setup, quality fuel, and stellar service, St. Cloud Station gets five stars. It's the kind of place that makes Valrico feel like home, and I'll keep swinging by whenever I'm on the road.

One of the reasons i like 7-11 is the fond memories of them being the only thing opened 24/7. Those late night parties in strangers house i met on the gndr app. Coming here for a slice of Pizza after getting some "zaz" was the best. Chili dogs when i was a teen after "need to know" ravers. Pretty much doing the same now but in dozes n responsibly lol growing up sucks. This 7/11 is good, has the stuff i like and now that im 100% nicotine free its a weird visit every time. Like bumping into a toxic ex. They wave at you n you don't back. Cuz you know, it takes only one time to get back into them. The pizza is good though. especially when you loaded. Im mot allowed to drink atm, i found out i can make money from selling my blood. Next ima go to bars and watch people drink lol I be coming back, bio life money card has free withdrawals here. This is a Heads up:…read more Check your orders before leaving. If you use DD, uber eats or even Wawa app? Give permission to your delivery driver to break the "no tampering tape" and look inside bags. Almost every order i get from here has missing stuff. I have a wawa literally walking distance from my place. I used to come to this one cuz they were actually making sure stuff was right. Now? I only buy quick n go only. I understand and i am aware that theres a lot of holiday temps. But it's not fair to the customers that are paying $20-50+ tips to get 1 out of their 5 items at that amount. Then get stuck with costumer service to and lets me tell you from experience. Wawa costumer service is terrible. They only refund what they feel like refunding. You got 4 items missing? They refund 3 cuz the person handling your case doesn't know that 2x coke means 2 cokes. Not a 1 can of 2x coke. Every tome i have to articulate the difference to the person and every time i have to call twice. Save your money and stress, be kind to your delivery driver. They aren't at fault for what wawa think is ok for their quality control. -Why even tape or staple bags shut if your "delivery Finisher" employee isn't making sure ALL the items are in the bag before stapling it shut? Your mistakes are causing many drivers to be at risk of unemployment and getting punished over something they have no control over. Just like i did with my local wawa i am not trusting this one with Delivery, or pickup orders. I cannot recommend it. Why even offer delivery if theres no delivery quality control? Stick to pick n go options, wished they had pre made sandwiches in the cooler like publix does. They would make more money. That way the delivery option could be handle by the contractor like when we do groceries or 7/11 runs where they start order, they never staple the bag so we can look and then we complete the other half by picking the items up. And verifying with them we didn't just add an extra beer. So many simpler ways to fix these problems. I used to work for 3 mayor corporations. I understand that rate per hour, orders per hour systems. I get that the corpos gonna give you a bonus for dominating orders vs other Wawas, but at what cost? You are screwing your costumers over. Do the math, It cost 2x times more plus tips to use delivery. For what? Ordered 8 items, get 3? Payed $$40-80 plus tips. When u can just come and grab everything under $25. Easy fix: don't tape or staple bags, add a huge poster (or label on tablet) that encourages people to verify the order is right. Add a receipt to the order, 90% of the time there is none. Leadership needs to exercise (PEER 2 PEER), thats when your lead or manager coaches you in verifying before completing tasks. Verify quality controls, task ability, check if you ok, make sure said employee can do the task at all, tell em a joke, give em a bathroom break, give them tips for excellence not failure etc. and yes not saying or doing anything are choices. Not good ones.
