I called this company a few months back to get my gas boiler serviced. I eventually got an…read moreappointment many weeks later. The service man did the service and said he needed to order some parts to fix a leakage. He never got back to me. Some time later I rang the company to ask for a follow up to the part that needed to be ordered. The lady on the phone said she would follow up right away and get back to me. She never got back to me. I find this really appalling service. The service of the gas boiler itself was not cheap and I feel it has left my boiler worse off as its not working properly.
