The car I'd rented for my road trip was making a scraping sound so I exited here to call Hertz. Hubs quickly determined that a plastic panel covering the undercarriage of the car had come loose. While on the phone with Hertz, and in Southern Commercial Tire's parking lot, one of the mechanics offered to put the car on a lift and attempt to secure the loose panel. In less than 10 minutes, we were on our way with a quick fix using zip ties. AND, Southern Commercial Tire did not charge us a penny... if they treat random travelers this well, I would expect that they treat their customers even better!

I entered my number online yesterday and got a free Graph Works wash, which I used today. I wanted to try them out once more to see if they would be good enough for a monthly subscription. I'm not into drive-through washes due to scratches and dents that can occur that no one wants to take accountability for that I often read about, but luckily, I haven't had those issues as of yet. My car was nasty, so it did a pretty darn good job. I knew it wasn't going to be squeaky clean. I would have liked for the front portion, including headlights, to be cleaner, but I am very satisfied. They do offer free vacuums. However, I took the liberty of vacuuming out my car yesterday evening myself at home. I'm so proud of me! Yaay Me!! By the way, they are advertising the first month subscription 9.99, and that includes the top wash. I didn't see it online, so I called, and the gentleman said you have to sign up in person, so I definitely will go by and do that, if not later today, then tomorrow. The price of gas here is usually competitive, there are plenty of pumps and they don't charge you for air and water. This is especially great because some gas stations charge you over a dollar for a minute of air. Inside there is a huge variety of products making this service station very convenient as well. Recommend not using. They replaced 2 tires with serviceable…read moretread. They would not request other tire warranty reimbursement. They failed to bring the car into alignment...but still charged for it. More expensive than other source of tires...but the tires they sold do have a great wear rating and traction rating.
