We asked for a few referrals, got a few quotes and then chose Urban Advance to rescue us from our dungeon. They gave us a quote and stuck to it, showed up and finished when they said they would and followed our requests. They moved the walls that were crooked and then made our plans come to life. Our underfloor heat makes the spaces downstairs even nicer than upstairs and the finishes are equal quality to the rest of the house. Luxurious bathroom, well appointed recording studio and flex room (rehearsal space for us, future bedroom for some new owner in the long distant future). I've recommended this team to everyone I know that mentions renovations. I hear they do full builds too.

My brother and I acquired the service for my parents as they weren't able to shovel the snow due to ailments they suffer. As we all are, I was weary about ordering services before I knew what the services entailed, but you've got to take that risk at times. One weekend I was out at my parents place during a HEAVY snow fall... GME guys showed up and I swear it was 10 min max!! All I saw was a truck pull up and two guys GO TO TOWN shovelling the drive, side path and entire deck.. 10 min max and they were gone!!!! All done with care and precision! They were there and then they were gone!!!! My parents followed up by saying how spectacular the service was throughout the entire season. GME staff... from my family to yours, I cannot thank you enough for the impeccable service we received as first time customers of your company. We thank you so much and will definitely be acquiring your services again come this next winter. Hats off to all your staff doing the heavy lifting! Absolute superstars!!
