If he is hired by an Executor or Executrix of an estate he ignores those who are residual beneficiaries. In my mother's Will she waived an inventory and a formal accounting which lead Farmer to believe the Executor could do whatever he wanted and no one could question him. Attorney Farmer was surprised to learn of a TN law that gives residual beneficiaries the right to demand an inventory and an accounting. During hearings in the Probate Court of Davidson County, TN most of what the Executor spent has been challenged and I think will be disallowed. I hope Attorney Farmer is held in contempt for ignoring the Orders of that court.
