That's what you call a real Doctor. I also want to mention before calling Peterson Wellness Center I took my loved one to the ER twice but that was a complete waste of time. The IBS flare up causes severe nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain. Needless to say the ER was absolutely no help and to be honest the lack of compassion didn't help the situation. I literally was worried for his life. Dr. Ohling gave him a bag of amino acids, vitamins/nutrients intravenously which helped. He's been back multiple times and is finally getting his health back. I don't think he'd be alive right now if we never came across you guys. Words can't explain the gratitude. Thanx for actually caring and having such an amazing staff.

You can't go into the hospital without a mask. Grocery workers wear masks. I'm 82 and if I get it I probably could not get into ICU if I needed to. Omicron is infecting people who have been fully vaccinated. You may only get a mild case but people are dying from this. You may only loose your sense of smell and taste as many have. I called in to reschedule my appointment, that's right, reschedule not cancel and the receptionist said I would have to pay $25 fee to reschedule my 5 PM appointment. Mind you it was 9 am and I was out of town.. I would understand if I was a long time client with a long list worth of cancelled ,no show or rescheduling, but no, it was my second appointment and I was unaware of such fee and rules or else I would have called with a week of advance. The receptionist voiced annoyance and zero empathy and pretty much said "tough luck we have signs all over the lobby", "we don't care about your business". Mind you, I have been in their lobby once before and never saw said sign. Really saddened to see how this business didn't care to keep my business but was more concerned about having me pay $25 and collect it. It's not about the $25, it's the lack of professionalism and the way they managed the situation and delivered the message. This place lacks tact.
