Inside I saw the cocktail menu, it was nice and original. The place looks cool. The staff is friendly. What else do you want? To start off, the waitress put a bag on our table which contained fresh pieces of some very tastefull bread. The only thing I could think of that wasn't all that good was the chairs on the terrace. Small, a bit to low perhaps for my Dutch legs, but I'm not all that tall so can't imagine that I'm the only one who feels that way. But I'll take even smaller chairs as long as they'll serve me a Drogheria Plate !!

First of all, the restaurant was getting ready to shut down its outdoor lunch trade for the winter and the owner opened just for us: That's what I call service! The seating was literally six inches from the river; little ducks were very attentive to make sure that nothing fell off our plates into the water. The food is regional Piedmontese which is very different from what most people think of when they think "Italian." They offer an antipasti buffet which is outstanding! The house white wine was a Spumante (a dry sparkling wine) and we left feeling no pain! The prices were very reasonable.
