It's a ferry stop, pub crawl, political activism, beach volleyball, ping pong and party central all along the river for a few hundred meters. It's quite unique and I am not sure I have ever seen anything like it.
There are make shift tents serving all sorts of drinks and some snacks and so on. There are plenty of seats by the water and you can buy a beer for about €3 and sit by the river and watch the world go by.
A very unusual experience but a rather interesting one. Turin has really surprised me and this place kept the trend going :-)) a very unusual city with very different things to many other Italian cities. read more
