We actually booked with another company who then turned around and cancelled saying that they had a date conflict! Manny Flores and his company were recommended to me and I can't say enough how happy we were with him and his company. He answered all of my questions, returned each and every call/text that I made to him in a very timely manner and was always very courteous and professional! When i forgot to call the venue to make sure that they would have two tables for him he made do with some cocktail tables and never made me feel bad! He was wonderful to our guests and everyone who visited his booth loved it. We used the photo strips as the guest book and for a nominal fee he took care of the book and made sure it was given to us when his time was over. I would highly recommend Snap Foto. 1. We had a venue change 4 days prior to our wedding due to the fire near Yosemite. We contacted…read moreSteve to let him know of the change and he agreed to the venue change. He did ask for an additional charge ($200) for the change which we gladly paid since we knew he would have to drive farther to get to the venue. He arrived late to our wedding and missed the whole ceremony. This delayed our reception since we had to figure out how to play music on our own for our ceremony. 2. When he got there, he apologized about being late but began to complain about traffic. Our wedding coordinator had talked to him several times prior to the wedding about leaving early to avoid traffic. Every other vendor hit the same traffic and was there on time (the photographer, florist/cake/wedding coordinator). Also, guests that traveled farther than our DJ the same day made our wedding on time. 3. He did not have the correct equipment for the Majestic Yosemite Hotel and he was not able to hook up the hotel's projector into the sound system even though he had spoken to the wedding coordinator about the hotel's setup prior to our wedding. We had to play our wedding video without sound while he played music in the background. He was not prepared for the venue and was preoccupied with setting up from being late. 4. He did not play the music for the cake cutting because he was busy setting up his equipment and the photographer actually moved it along (Steve was supposed to move the reception along). 5. Due to the ceremony starting late, we did not have enough time to do any dancing. In the end, we paid the same price originally quoted (plus the additional $200 travel fee). We would have appreciated some type of discount for the stress of not having a DJ for the entire ceremony and the impact this had on our wedding.

I had a full-service planner for my wedding but they provided so much information ahead of my wedding date along with tips and tricks, vendor recommendations, and info about timelines that I felt like I could have planned it myself. They were so responsive and checked in regularly ahead of the wedding date. On the day, they arrive on time and ready to shoot. They were great at catching the most intimate moments between myself and the bridesmaids as well as my husband and his groomsmen ahead of the ceremony. They also had a great eye for the little details we would want to be captured on film. I didn't feel like they were directing us too much, rather, they were capturing the important moments as we enjoyed our day and experienced it fully. The posed portraits we asked for were not awkward and went by so quickly. We were able to get great shots and authentic smiles with the direction and assistance from Matt and Jessica. Where they really shine is action shots! When I saw the bouquet toss photos I was so impressed. We were joking that my aunt pushed someone to get the bouquet and Matt and Jessica captured the exact moment when it happed. The reception was captured perfectly! With the same care and attention to detail as our getting-ready photos, we have all the best moments on film without feeling like we had to ask for anything. They instinctively know when a photo moment is happening! We had preview images in less than 24 hours and we received our full gallery a week after the wedding. Their speed, quality, attention to detail, and professionalism are absolutely unmatched! I've worked with other event photographers all over the US for my day job and I can honestly say they are the best photographers I've ever worked with. We are beyond grateful for their amazing work and I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a photographer!

Emily and Steven did a great job of making the best of a tricky situation and saving the moment. They calmed me down, pulled us aside, and got right back into taking great pictures. Sam was very good (and patient) about communicating with me by email with all my revisions.
