Very Nice Customer Service. I have been using the Mossville post office for the last 5 years and…read moreall I can say is the post person ( I believe her name is Terri ) has always been polite and very professional. I have had to wait in line on occasion and have seen her interact with customers and have never witnessed her being rude or short with anyone. Always pleasant and taking time to talk with folks. I know she has rules to comply with that she has no control over. Maybe the person who gave her the one star review didn't comply with the rules and they didn't like it. I know for a fact this postal employee has given her own money many times to pay postage for mail and packages for veterans and charity groups. There are some people in this world who can't be pleased and with social media they can put out whatever they want whether it's true or not and that's a shame.

Terrible customer service. On multiple occasions the woman working here has been rude,…read morecondescending, and unhelpful. I stop at this post office out of sheer convenience but I will never return after a recent encounter with her. I've sent multiple care packages from several different post offices to my Marine son-in-law who's overseas and the one time I tried to mail from this location this same woman gave me a hard time and refused to send my boxes, claiming my custom forms were not filled out right. I filled these custom forms out the same way I've been filling them out at every other post office and have never had an issue so I was completely caught off guard. I was blown away by her patronizing tone with me throughout the ordeal so I decided to leave and go to another post office. I recommend taking the little drive up north to Chillicothe for all of your postal needs. The man who works at the Chillicothe post office is a veteran himself and was happy to send my boxes with the EXACT same custom forms I filled out for the woman at the Mossville location.

Probably not the official I-55 Yelp page but hopefully this review may help someone and it may be…read moremoved to an existing I-55 page. I've driven the entire 293 miles countless times so I can explain pretty thoroughly everything you can encounter.... If you're entering from St. Louis, there's a bit of traffic you might fight through until you reach mile marker 15... The entire drive is smooth through Springfield (as long as you don't get follow business 55) all the up just to the southern border of Bloomington where there may be some slight confusion. After that, I highly recommend taking a stop at exit 197 and visiting the Wallys gas station which is like a Bucees but also recommended stopping there before the gas prices start jumping way up too! Continuing north bound traffic is smooth until you get past exit 250 at the I-80 interchange where you enter the Chicagoland area where traffic builds up with each passing interstate connector you go through with exit 269 to connect you with I-355 where going north is awful. Then with where heading in either direction is bad with exit 277 with people either going toward Wisconsin or Indiana then followed by exit 290 where you're faced with even more traffic going north to Wisconsin or Indiana. If you drive through that, your drive will be smooth for the next few miles Exit 293 will conclude I-55 and split into lake shore drive and you can choose what adventure you want to do from there. For my trucker friends, if you're curious about weigh stations to plan your drive through, from north to south you have 3 weigh stations. One in between exits 267 and 263.... One past exit 110 and the last one past exit 15 in Collinsville.... From South to north there are 2 weigh stations, one past exit 52 and another between 263 and 267... Rest stops are lousy, plenty of route 66 tourist attractions. Some cool towns worth stopping at.

Love this library! Plenty of outlets for doing work, comfy chairs to read, board games to rent…read more There are also art displays by local people. They have a seeds library where you can donate and take seeds for herbs, vegetables, and flowers to attract wildlife. Librarians are always friendly. There's also a walking trail and park nearby which makes it convenient.
